Shipping destinations

Raynes Cottage ships to United States addresses only. We do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time Processing time depends on the item(s) ordered:

• Print-on-demand items (apparel, bags, etc.): Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.
• In-stock items fulfilled from our shop: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Print-on-demand items are produced and shipped by our fulfillment partners and may ship from a different location than items fulfilled by Raynes Cottage. If your order contains both item types, they may ship separately and arrive at different times.

Shipping Times

• United States: 3–5 business days after shipment.
  

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at raynedrop.dev@gmail.com and we'll work to resolve it.

Production or processing delays

If we cannot ship your order within the stated production or processing timeframe, we will notify you of the revised expected ship date and give you the option to consent to the delay or cancel the unshipped items and receive a prompt refund, as required by applicable law.
